# Harvey Bowling Club — Monday 21 September 2026 bar order pack — NOTES

Prepared for the committee meeting on Monday 21 September 2026. Bar ordering materials only. Sponsorship content is deliberately excluded.

Rose Cumine runs the bar. Scout bots report to Drunken. No purchases without Duncan or Rose saying yes. This pack does not message Duncan and does not place any order.

## What is included

2. **`/workspace/hbc-monday-order-pack/recommended-order.pdf`** — Action sheet for Rose and the committee: Supplier A (Dan Murphy’s) and Supplier B (Cellarbrations Harvey), SKU / qty / unit / why, and **landed cost = goods + delivery** for each supplier, then the combined total.

## Two-supplier rule (Duncan refine)

The pack compares three shops for price intelligence, then recommends buying from **exactly two**:

- **Supplier A — Dan Murphy’s WA** (delivery to Harvey 6220, or Click & Collect Bunbury).
- **Supplier B — Cellarbrations Harvey, 80 Uduc Rd** (pickup; delivery cost $0).

Liquor Traders Australia (Selby St, Wembley) is priced in the comparison so the room can see where it wins (Schweppes glass cases, Guinness 24, White Claw, Absolut). It is **not** a third stop in the recommended plan. If someone is already driving to Wembley, those lines can be swapped onto LTA and dropped from Dan’s — still keeping exactly two stops.

### Landed-cost formula (no invented fees)

- **Landed A** = Dan goods subtotal (**$629.47** on the suggested quantities) + Dan delivery fee (**TBD** — not on disk without checkout).
- **Landed B** = Harvey goods subtotal (**$180.00\*** on the suggested quantities, last-known catalogue/flyer) + **$0.00** pickup.
- **Order total landed** = Landed A + Landed B = **$809.47\* + Dan delivery TBD**.

Suggested quantities are a planning shape only. Rose must confirm on-hand / Ideal before anyone pays.

All AUD figures in the PDFs are copied from those sources. Where a supplier has no on-disk price for a line, the cell is blank or “—”. **No fabricated prices.**

## What still needs a live quote or Rose input

1. **Rose Cumine** — confirm on-hand versus Ideal and edit every quantity before anyone pays. Suggested quantities are a restock-shaped starting point only; they are not a live Idealpos export.
2. **Harvey Cellarbrations phone (08) 9729 1404** — confirm Swan Draught case and Hahn SuperDry 3.5 case shelf prices. The flyer expired on 6 September 2026.
3. **Dan Murphy’s delivery fee to 6220** — the scout confirmed regional delivery is available, but fee, minimum, and free threshold were unknown without checkout. Marked **TBD**. The order sheet shows the formula.
4. **Corona 330 volatility** — the 1 September chart had Dan at $59.99; the 6 September scout had $66.99. Re-check live before locking that line. The recommended sheet uses the 355 ml case from the 6 September scout ($65.95) for that reason.
5. **My Dan’s MEMBER** — several unit prices assume member pricing (Mid, Blonde, Guinness 6pk, Coke 30). Confirm the club account is signed in as member before relying on those figures.
6. **LTA** — only if a Perth / Wembley trip is already happening. No Harvey delivery fee for LTA is on disk. Do not treat helper-demo example delivery dollars as real.
7. **Duncan or Rose explicit yes** — nothing is purchased until that yes.
